  Human metapneumovirus is a new human respiratory virus discovered by Dutch scholars in 2001 in children with unexplained respiratory infections.   This kit uses real-time fluorescent PCR technology, takes the highly conserved region of the human metapneumovirus genome as the target region, designs specific primers and fluorescent probes, and then performs PCR amplification on the target sequence , while real-time monitoring and expansion through Taqman fluorescent probe technology. Accumulation of augmentation products enables qualitative detection of respiratory syncytial virus nucleic acid in the sample. The reaction system of this kit contains dU-UNG enzyme anti-pollution system to avoid false positive results.
