   Taqman one-step real-time fluorescence RT-PCR reagents include 25 × RT-PCR mixed enzymes, 2 × OneStep RT-PCR Buffer and RNA / DNase-free water. It is a special reagent for Real Time One Step RT-PCR by hydrolysis probe method After adding the template and primer probes, one-step method can achieve high efficiency of reverse transcription and PCR amplification in one tube. It is also suitable for Roche PCR amplifiers that use glass capillaries and does not require the addition of BSA. This product can also be used for rapid Real Time PCR amplification reactions. This product can get a good standard curve in a wide quantitative area, accurate quantitative detection of target genes, good repeatability and high reliability.
