The virus DNA extraction kit is based on a high-binding glass fiber filter membrane and uses silica gel column purification technology; the DNA extraction process is safe and efficient, without adding toxic substances such as phenol and chloroform and high time-consuming alcohol; -Purify viral DNA from 200 μL of serum, plasma, and cell-free culture medium. PCR inhibitors such as divalent cations and proteins can be completely removed by two effective washing steps. The pure DNA bound to the spin column can be eluted with water or the buffer in the kit. The purified DNA can be directly used in PCR, qPCR, digestion and blotting experiments.
